To celebrate five year of Bahini supporting women and girls worldwide our Guatemalan sisters have upcycled this cotton to sew and handprint these limited edition Bahini tote bags.

Our tote bags are handmade from 100% upcycled canva cotton to minimize our environmental footprint as much as possible while guaranteeing optimum quality. We have chosen a high-quality sturdy fabric so that your tote bag can withstand wear and tear for many years to come. It perfectly fits a computer, a notebook, and in the handy inside pocket you can also fit your smaller valuables.

Våra tvålar och badtillbehör är gjorda av motståndskraftiga kvinnor i Bangladesh, som arbetar på Prokritee, en ideell organisation och en garanterad medlem av WFTO som stödjer över 1 500 hantverkare över hela landet, med fokus på att stärka kvinnor som spelar en nyckelroll i dess verksamhet. Genom tillgång till stabil och trygg sysselsättning återfår dessa kvinnor ett självständigt liv i frihet.
SME (Sacred Mark Enterprise) är en av Prokritees produktionsenheter belägna på landsbygden i Mymensingh Bangladesh. De anställer överlevande från sexhandeln för att hjälpa dem att leva ett självständigt liv i frihet. Our Tote bags are lovingly sewn and handprinted by strong women in Guatemala employed by Mi Eelo, a social, solidarity and circular enterprise, which is also the direct branch of the NGO Creamos. Mi Eelo employs 35 women in order to give them the opportunity to escape from precariousness, obtain a stable and dignified salary and be able to regain control over their lives by achieving financial independence.
