The cheapest shipping option will always be offered to our customers for free on all orders. For any expedited shipping, the shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for expedited shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Duties & Taxes
The prices on our products are including taxes to all destinations in Europe. We ship our Bahini scarves from our warehouse in Hong Kong- Depending on your location, if outside of Europe, you may have to pay duties, taxes and possible handling fees on your order upon arrival in your destination country. Please be aware of this when placing an order with us.
30 Day Returns
We want you to love your Bahini items. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price Bahini items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Bahini will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Every Bahini scarf is unique as they are handmade and hand-dyed where colors can vary slightly from the photos online. This should not be seen as defective but rather a characteristic of handicraft. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Every Bahini scarf is unique as they are handmade and hand-dyed where color and size can vary slightly from the photos online. This should not be seen as a defect but rather a characteristic of handicraft. Should a Bahini product accidentally have slipped through our quality control, we will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Bahini to process your warranty claim within 7 business days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
